Prof. Virender Kapoor :
Telecom, M tech Computer Sc (IIT B), MA, PGDM, FIETE (MA International relations and strategic studies)
Background : Former Director at Symbiosis , Prof. Virender Kapoor is the founder director of MILE. Apart from this, he has also served on the HR Advisory Committee of the CII and has mentored thousands of corporates across more than ninety organizations as a Management Guru through his workshops and interactions. He is also a best selling author of motivational and self help books.
Prof. Emeritus Gautam Sen :
IISS
Background : A double fellow from IISS, Prof Sen has been a consultant to the UN Commission on global governance, a Member of Ford Foundation Review Committee and a visiting fellow of the USIS & USEFI. He has lectured at institutions like The Pentagon, Harvard, Stanford, MIT, George Town University, University of Illinois, Pittsburg to name a few.
Dr. Samir Kapoor :
PhD, MPM (SIBM), BCS
Background : Dr. Samir Kapoor is the Director Strategy and Corporate Relations at MILE. He has previously held Senior Management positions in large organizations like ICICIOneSource and Bank of America. He had set up the resourcing centre for Standard Chartered Bank India. He is also a certified Graphologist from the Institute of Graphology, Pune.
Prof. Inderpal Singh :
MBA (Marketing), BGL, BSc
Background : Prof. Inderpal Singh is a marketing professional and an entrepreneur with more than twenty years experience in the sales and marketing functions holding senior leadership roles in reputed organizations like Lotte Confectionery, Wrigley India, Best Foods International and Heinz .
He has also served as a director in many management institutes and consultancies. At MILE, he is the Director for Academics and Admissions.
Prof. (Brig) SC Achtani :
MBA, PGDFT, Post Graduate Diploma in Electronics, MIE (I), MSc (Def Studies)
Background : After retiring from the Indian Army, Prof Achtani, has conducted a series of workshops and training programmes in Management and Behavioral Skills for corporates. He also conducts sessions on management and behavioral skills at various reputed management schools. Currently, at MILE he takes sessions on Organizational Behaviour.
Ronald Rosario :

Background: Mr. Rosario is a practicing Chartered Accountant having his own firm. He is currently pursuing his PhD in Direct Tax Management and a Diploma in Information System Audit (DISA) conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
Dr. V. V. Rama Sastry :

Background : A Chief Consultant at Millennium Consultants, V.V Rama sastry brings with himself 39 years of industry experience. He is a visiting faculty at Kellogs, Symbiosis. At MILE, V.V Rama Sastry conducts the marketing module.
S Venkatesh :

Background : Having worked for over 26 years, Prof. S. Venkatesh has been associated with leading MNC's like Neil Automation Technology Ltd., Uptron India Ltd., Indo Asian Marketing Ltd., Larsen & Turbo to name a few. He was a silver medallist in the Sales and Marketing Management Examination. At MILE, he conducts Market Research modules.
K.V. Mysore :

Background : Mr. K.V.Mysore is the chairman of a major division in one of India's largest tobacco company. He is working as a consultant in inventory and supply chain management. He is a visiting faculty at SIBM, SIMS, and PUMBA. At MILE, he teaches Production and Operations Management.
Divya Rahul Leekha :

Background : Mrs. Divya Leekha has a creative mix of corporate and academic experience, with over 12 years of experience in the field of teaching. She is a visiting faculty at MILE wherein she conducts sessions in MIS and IT.
Rajkumari Achtani :

Background : Mrs. Rajkumari Achtani has served for 4 years as a lecturer at the prestigious National Defense Academy. She has over 20 years of HR experience as HOD HR, in IT and ITES industry and is currently working as a Senior Consultant with Pragathi Global Leadership Development Institute. She is a visiting faculty and speaker in leading management institute like Symbiosis and TMTC. At MILE, she conducts a module on HR AUDIT.
Jayant Oke :

Background : With 15 years of banking experience with the State Bank Group and a recognized P.G. teacher by the University of Pune, Mr. Oke is a respected name in the field of management. He is the author of books on MIS and MCS which are used as course books in MBA institutes today. He has been associated with illustrious organizations such as The Reserve Bank of India, YASHADA, BSNL, Godrej Industries Ltd., WIPRO, DRDO to name a few.
Dr. Mohini Sukhapure :

Background : A well known name in the industry as well as academia Dr. Sukhapure brings with her 23 years of experience and knowledge. A PhD in Human Resource Management from the University of Pune she has been associated with reputed institutes like Symbiosis and Centre for Management Research and Development and has also conducted training programs in companies like Philips Electronics, Garware Nylon Ltd etc.
Deepak Powdel :

Background : As a well known and respected academician, Mr. Powdel has been in the field of teaching for almost a decade. At MILE he conducts lessons on Industrial & Labour Economics and Global Economic Environment.

Background :Mr. D'Souza has 25 years of industrial experience in the field of HRM, including IR. He is a visiting faculty at SIMS, SIBM and various other management institutes. At MILE, he teaches Labour law.
Jamshed Fredi Dalal :

Rashmi Narayanswamy :

Background : An experienced professional, Mrs. Rashmi Narayanswamy, brings with her over 10 years of experience in the areas of internal audit and financial services accounts. She is currently teaching in various management institutes across the city and is also a fulltime faculty at ISBM. At MILE, she conducts a module on Merger and Acquisition.
Rajiv Taneja :

Background : Mr Taneja was a visiting faculty at SIBM Pune, Sinhgad Institute of Business Administration and Research, IBM Pune to name a few. He has more than 25 years of Industrial experience and has worked for Tata Enterprise at Jamshedpur. At MILE, he conducts Marketing Management modules.

Dr. Nand Kishor Kumar :

Background : Currently working as a Research Associate at YCNISDA, University of Pune. Dr. Nand Kishore Kumar is a part of the Indian Congress for Defence Study and is also a visiting faculty at the Department of Defence & Strategic Studies, University of Pune. Along with that he heads the Political Science Department at the National Defence Academy, Pune. At MILE, he conducts Research Methodology modules.
Wg. Cdr. Vibhas Pande :

Background : Former Fighter Pilot, Wg. Cdr. Vibhas Pande is a freelance HR Trainer for Leadership, Team Building and Interviewing Skills. He has conducted training programmes for large corporates like IBM, Thyssen Krupp, I-Flex Solutions, Crompton Greaves, HUL, ICICI Bank, Tech Mahindra, Godrej Industries, Mphasis, CRISIL etc.
Prof. Madhumita Banerjee :

Background :Madhumita Banerjee, in the role of a corporate trainer, has been conducting modules in Business Communication and English Language Proficiency. She is also a visiting faculty at Symbiosis. At MILE she conducts the Business Communication module.
Prof. Poulome Nath :

Background : Having worked with Convergys Bangalore as a Training Delivery Manager, she was responsible for mentoring trainers. She has conducted training effectiveness program based on IBSTPI (International Board of Standards for Training Performance Indicator). At MILE, she is responsible for the Language Proficiency and Soft Skill training.
Ahuti Mishra :

Background : She taught representatives of Indian Consulate (South Africa) in Finance Subjects. Associated with Symbiosis, IIPM, MILE, AMITY, ISBM, TASMAC and MITSOB in India.She has taught full courses as well as specific parts of a course, as a guest faculty, to Multinational Students in South Africa.
Prof. Chetana Rao :

Background : An MBA by profession from ICFAI, Mrs. Chetana Rao is a visiting faculty at many premier B- Schools such as Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, Sinhagad Institute of Business Management and Research, to name a few. At MILE, she conducts classes on Research Methodology.
Prof. Krishnakumar Chopra :

Background : He has a vast experience in areas such as Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Inventory management etc. As a mentor, he is a visiting faculty at Bharti Vidyapeeth University, Welingkar Institute of Management Development and Research and many more. Here at MILE, he conducts lectures on Supply Chain Management and Procurement.
Prof. Siddharth Mishra :

Background : He has completed his Masters in Business Administration from XLRI- Jamshedpur and has wide industrial know-how. He has also been a Vice President at ICICI. He is associated with various management institutes such as TASMAC, MIT, Symbiosis, IIPM etc. At MILE, he conducts sessions on Marketing Management.
