In the limited span of eight years Gagan Kumar has an impressive list of achievements to his credit. Working for India’s largest foreign bank - Standard Chartered, Gagan has handled the role of Manager- Sales Strategy and Planning with ease. One of his most memorable achievements there has been the setting up of performance metrics for 4000 sales personnel, working closely with all business verticals and analyzing them for leads on improving productivity, cost efficiency and increasing sales.

His experience in Credit Risk, Sales Strategy, Product & Channel Development led to his selection as a trainer for all Credit Risk Programs within Standard Chartered Bank. Gagan has the accreditation of having conducted multiple training programs both in India as well as abroad. Gagan has also authored Standard Chartered Banks’ first “Intellectual Property” in India and has been duly recognized by the bank for his contribution. This intellectual property would eventually help the entire banking fraternity to ensure compliance to the “Do Not Disturb (DND) Regulation” – one of the most talked about regulatory requirements in the ‘Indian Sales World’ today.
