Inaugural Session of Induction Program

On July 30, 2011 MILE organized an orientation ceremony to welcome the batch of 2011-2013.   It was an official commencement of the Induction program for the new students at the campus. The eminent personalities in the ceremony were - Mr. Sunil Sinha (CEO-TQMS),Mr.Alexander Skibbe (Communication Head-Volkswagen India ),Mr. Jaideep Awasarala (Head Recruiter, Google India), Mr.Amar Salvi (GM - Firstsource) , Mr.Arun Behal (Associate Vice-president Delhi Airport), Ms.Sushma Bhayani (IBM),Mr.Amit Nagpal (Infosys) as guests of honor who shared their valuable experiences from the real corporate world.

The motive of the program was to improvise the knowledge of the new comers with the help of expertise from different fields and industries to begin their career in the corporate world. The Alumni from previous batch also visited the function Mr. Kartik Goda and Mr.Karan Kakde (HSBC), Mr.Varun Rawal and Mr.Ulhas Devangan (Mahindra & Mahindra),Mr.Jatin Vora (Wipro),and Mr.Tejpal Chani (Octane India) who put their valuable learnings at MILE from their corporate move. Further the induction program was planned for new aspirants who will learn to sustain and prosper in real corporate life under the guidance of the Director, Dean and faculty at MILE. The theme was to facilitate the interaction of the student managers with the heads of their dream company and corporate culture.

The function ended up with lots of enthusiasm which came up with prize distribution ceremony for the Student Managers of batch 2010-11 for their excellence in the Academics, Committee Performance and Overall Performance. Thus, the new corporate aspirants led their foundation towards the better tomorrow with the pledge of being powerful tool to the management world.
