I welcome you all to a very unique institute and an exciting programme which has been specially designed keeping just you in mind.

Having trained thousands of top corporates and groomed young aspiring managers for years together I have been able to understand not only the exact needs of the industry but also the aspirations of students who are looking forward to a bright future. We at MILE therefore have created a curriculum which will not only give you academic learning but will also be able to instill qualities and skills, which every manager and a business leader needs for success

Our specially designed managerial effectiveness programme for soft skills, called PRIME (Programme In Managerial Effectiveness) will give you all possible inputs to enhance your personality, make you fully confident to face challenges and also motivate you to attain your goals.

Most people fail in life not because they don’t possess great qualifications but they fail because they lack passion to achieve their goals and are not motivated enough to perform. Our excellent team at MILE will help you to identify your inner strength so that you can give your best in every field that you wish to choose.

Management Curriculum called, INDEX - Industry Domain Exposure Programme has been designed to give you domain knowledge in management subjects. This will consist of core essential subjects in management and you will also have a choice of taking two additional specializations that we offer. This additional knowledge will enhance the employability potential of each student. For example, you will be able to choose the telecom vertical as an area of special study, which is a booming sector. These subjects will be taught by experienced industry experts through live examples, experiential learning, case studies and discussions and industrial visits.

Our focus is on employability, placements and overall developments of individuals. Our strength lies in industry academic partnerships and corporate support. We have a very able advisory board comprising of very senior educationists, CEOs of large companies, eminent people from all walks of life, who would be a constant guiding force to monitor and improve the performance of the institute. The ‘Board of Studies’ at MILE is a unique blend of academic and industry stalwarts whose prime contribution is to improve the content and delivery of what is being taught to the students.

A number of studies in the US as well as the entire western world have proven that those who want to reach the top as industry leaders need to be exposed to ‘Liberal Arts’. Unfortunately management graduates are never taught these subjects. At MILE you will get that rare opportunity to go through some very fascinating subjects of Liberal Arts. This would give you an edge over all your competitors and will enhance your intellectual prowess. Many of you will be able to start your own ventures or would like to join your family business. We do give adequate importance to building entrepreneurial skills through formal teaching and guest lectures.

Leadership is often spoken about but rarely practiced, especially in the educational environment. Each one of you will get a chance to plan and organize events and also contribute through student committees which take on multiple tasks. Through these activities you will learn value based leadership which is central to the concept of holistic leadership. After two years at MILE, I will like to see you as real leaders and not mere managers.

Adventure must be an integral part of our lives. Managers will never be able to become leaders unless they have the spirit of adventure. You too would be taken for outbound activities which will inculcate the spirit of being an explorer as well as a team player in every student.

Your dean of academics and student affairs is an ardent sportsman and a keen mountaineer who himself has scaled up to the BASE CAMP of Mt.Everest, (more than 18,000 ft height) a feat which very few have accomplished. Under his leadership you will learn all that you need to learn in this exciting domain of adventure and outdoors.

We at MILE firmly believe in honesty, integrity and core human values. Therefore corporate governance and ethics will be at the core of our working and teaching philosophy.

Each one of you must also understand the social responsibility. If God has given us enough we must pay back a little to the society at every point in our lives. Every student therefore will have to work with an organization that is committed to a social cause while at MILE.

With all this packed in the two year programme I promise you that you will be a changed person. You will yourself be able to perceive a total transformation in your own personality. When you go home, your parents will be able to see a palpable positive change in you.

The industry exposure, the hands on training and learning from the industry Gurus will make you industry ready. We will ensure that you meet the industry expectations so that getting a job will never be a problem. I, along with my entire team will help you achieve what you want to achieve in life.
