One of the aspects of multidimensional curriculum at MILE is outbound activities which gives an opportunity to the students to understand their physical and mental capabilities. Ultimately the core of any organization is sense of responsibility and ownership which comes through experiential learning. This program is highly effective as it functions as a developmental vehicle to instill various strengths towards an efficient work atmosphere and therefore is greatly successful in enhancing team- building aspects and managerial aspects like communication, crisis management to name a few. Moreover, the wildness in the lap of nature can be felt with the adrenaline rush.
