With a PGPM from MILE, you are now industry-ready, a confident individual with good communication skills, strong leadership abilities, sound knowledge and firm values and ethics. Your knowledge of business management has prepared you to find not just employment in various industry verticals but also to open new and additional avenues for growth.
In addition to Track 1 and Track 2 students will be required to also fulfill the following programmes:
- Work with a NGO for 24 hours
- 8 week summer industry project
- Outbound team building program
Getting There - The Triple Track Approach
TRACK 1
PRIME : Program in managerial Effectiveness
Nature of tracks: Soft skills curriculum (Mandatory)
Objective : To expose every student to the softer aspects of management and help bridge the knowledge gap that could have arisen from his choice of graduation stream. This would
transform a student into an employable manager.
TRACK 2
INDEX: Industry Domain Exposure
Nature of Track : Management Curriculum
Objective : To primarily impart knowledge in the field of business management. And secondly, to enable students to master knowledge of a certain industry (basis their choice and Domain test) which will make them more employable and open additional avenues for growth and prosperity. These subjects would be taught by seasoned industry veterans and interspersed with site/industry visits to get hands-on experience.
