Dr. Samir Kapoor - Director Strategy & Corporate Relations

A PhD in Human Resources from Symbiosis International University and a masters degree in Personnel Management from the Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Dr. Kapoor is also a certified Graphologist from the Institute of Graphology, Pune. He has held Senior Management positions in many organizations. He set up the resourcing centre for Standard Chartered Bank. He has also served as Asst. VP, CFCI (now Bank of America) heading staffing for the country and DGM, ICICI OneSource heading recruitment for Philippines and 6 cities in India.

Dr.Kapoor was also conferred with the 'Innovative HR Professional of the Year' award at the Deccan Herald Avenues Awards for HR excellence where he was the youngest person to win an individual award. He is a sought after speaker and is also a visiting faculty at TISS (Tata Institute of Social Sciences) and Symbiosis. He enjoys penning articles in his free time and writes for respected national dailies.
