Today I stand tall, bold & proud reminiscing my sojourn at MILE that transformed my life into a melodious journey into the pastures of a bright future.

Going back to the time when I had joined MILE, I presented an immature and unsure demeanor. It has been a slow but sure trudge from the shadows of uncertainties to the firm footing on which I stand today.

I express my profound gratitude to my mentors for showing me the way and making me walk on the avenues of this wonderful journey. I gratefully cherish the role of my peers in extending their best efforts towards augmenting my prowess in the field of HR. I acknowledge the gestures on the part of my friends in this journe

The undefendable enthusiasm of the faculty, especially Samir Sir has been principally responsible for what I claim to have achieved today. I am indebted to sir for getting me a summer internship with Suzlon and giving me various such opportunities which were truly enriching.

I salute all those associated with MILE- A true destination, only a few blessed would travel.

When I joined MILE, I was not aware of what the corporate world is all about!!

Two Years at MILE was a mix blend of classes, Guest lectures by Eminent personalities, presentations, Case studies, outbound activities and live projects in different fields, thus helping me to develop my knowledge and personality.

MILE changed the Boy in me to a Man by providing me the unforgettable platform to summit Mount Everest Base Camp. Now I am selected in "ICICI Firstsource" in WFM profile in which I can utilize my strength i.e Mathematics in my work. Thus, providing me a job in which I can excel on the basis of my strength. Thanks to MILE and specially Samir Kapoor sir for being our Mentor throughout our journey and continuing to render his support in every possible way.

Opportunities, Experiences, Situations, Apprehensions, Lessons, Competition, Trails, Tribulations, Sweet Success, these are some of the words that best describe my two years at MILE. Come to think of it these are actually the most important aspects of our daily lives as well, be it our professional or personal life.

MILE did not just provide me a good mix of academic and outdoor programs but also encouraged me to take up industry projects.

At MILE lessons were learnt not taught, situations were experienced not narrated. I had my set of trails, tribulations and a moment of success. In terse, life is “real time” at MILE.A big thank you to all the staff and management at MILE in making these two years feel like a journey!!!

An MBA is the most critical decision of one’s life. It takes a lot of determination and courage to take the plunge, especially if you take into consideration the amount of money and time it requires. Two years back I was going through the same feeling and today when I look back at the 2 years I spent at MILE (Management Institute for Leadership & Excellence), I feel immensely satisfied and will cherish ever moment of my stay there.

The institute provided me with holistic development and introduced me to a very new way of learning. Not only was the academic course full of rigor, but the focus on outdoor activities really proved vital at the end of the day. The institute taught rare subjects like geo-politics and opened our eyes to the concept of emotional intelligence, which is quintessential to the success of today’s managers. It made me self reliant and imparted leadership qualities as there were many student run committees. This also helped us in team building skills. Overall, I am very happy with my experience at MILE. A question very frequently asked to me by various aspirants of MILE, Sir how is MILE as far as learning is concerned? Would MILE be able to get me a good Job which would offer me a good package? Obviously, I had the same questions before joining MILE but the difference was that I didn’t have any seniors to ask , I had to go by my gut instinct. However, 2 yrs down the line I can say that my instincts were on the right track- MILE did give me the best possible exposure and platform to do my best in the corporate world. Excellent mentors like Samir sir, experienced faculty, The Open Library, various guest Lectures, & Case study sessions will groom you and hone you for the corporate world, you should exploit them to the fullest.

When I joined MILE, I was just another student with big dreams but no idea as to how will they realize. The rigorous but thoroughly helpful schedule brought out a different side of me. I got to know my limits. I could stretch myself to 18-20 hours of work every day and still feel lively. The kind of personal attention every student gets at MILE is priceless. Now who won't like if one's Dean knows his eating preferences too. I was one of those lucky 27 who joined the First batch at MILE and would remain thankful to the whole team at MILE throughout my life.
